True North exists to eliminate that divide. Our vision is a world where a first-generation college graduate investing $100 receives the same quality of deal access, the same level of transparency, and the same standard of reporting as a family office deploying millions. The technology, the regulatory framework, and the operational capability to make this real already exist. We are assembling them into a single platform.

Expanding the map of possibility

True North launched in Florida because it is where we know the market, the regulatory environment, and the development landscape best. Our operator-led model demands deep local expertise, and we will not compromise quality for geographic vanity.

As our team, systems, and track record mature, we plan to expand into additional high-growth markets across the Sun Belt, where population growth, job creation, and housing demand create favorable development conditions. Each new market will be entered with the same rigor and local expertise that defines our Florida operations.

We are also developing the infrastructure to serve international investors, particularly from Latin America, where demand for U.S.-based real estate investment is significant. Regulation D provides a framework for qualified international participation, and we are building the compliance and operational capabilities to open that door.

Over time, we plan to diversify beyond ground-up residential development into commercial, mixed-use, and income-producing properties. This expansion will give our investors the ability to build diversified real estate portfolios across asset types, geographies, and risk profiles, all through a single trusted platform.
