Florida Certified Building Contractor (License CBC1264467). Over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction across Central Florida. Daniel has led projects from land acquisition through certificate of occupancy and managed every phase in between.
Before launching True North, Daniel built and operated multiple companies in the construction and development space. His approach to real estate investing comes from direct experience with what it takes to deliver a finished project on time, on budget, and to the standard that protects both the builder and the investor.
He does not delegate accountability. He holds the license, signs the contracts, and answers to the investors directly.
