Securities offered through the True North platform are offered pursuant to exemptions from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, including Regulation CF (Section 4(a)(6)) and Regulation D (Rule 506(b) and/or Rule 506(c)).
Regulation CF Offerings
Regulation CF offerings are conducted through an SEC-registered funding portal or broker-dealer intermediary. Investment limits apply based on your annual income and net worth as required by SEC rules. The maximum you may invest in all Regulation CF offerings in a 12-month period is subject to the limits set forth in Rule 100(a)(2) of Regulation Crowdfunding.
