With licensed general contractors and an in-house construction management team, we execute every phase of development. We hold the permits, manage the subs, and control the timeline. This vertical integration eliminates the margin erosion that plagues outsourced development models.
Report & Distribute
Investors receive ongoing updates through our Concierge reporting dashboard with real-time construction progress, financial performance, and fund-level metrics. When a project reaches a distribution milestone, capital is returned to investors through our platform with full transparency.
